Notes: * On 26th February 2020, Cllr. Mary Roche (Ind) and Cllr. Laura Swift (GP) were co-opted onto Waterford Council. They replaced Cllrs Shanahan and O'Cathasaigh who were elected to Dáil Eireann in the General Election of February 2020.

** In the Seanad elections of April 2020, Cllr. John Cummins (FG) was elected to Seanad Éireann on the Labour panel. A co-option for his Waterford City & County Council seat will take place in due course.
