The following document, as directed by the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, conveys instructions to Local Authorities in relation to the application of pay adjustments, which came into effect from 1st January 2010 in accordance with the Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest (No.2) Act 2009.
