Circular 10/14: Initiatives to assist SMEs in Public Procurement: In accordance with the requirements of Circular 10/14 Waterford City and County Council, WCCC publish all Contract Award Notices over €25,000 on the e-Tenders website on completion of the award.
Freedom of Information (Procurement Publication)
Additionally, in accordance with the ‘Freedom of Information Model Publication Scheme Guidance’, we are obliged to publish contract award details on a quarterly basis on our website for all procurement related expenditure greater than €25,000.
