Section 50 of the Local Government Reform Act, 2014 requires local authorities to prepare a document called an Annual Service Delivery Plan. The purpose of the plan is to set out the objectives
for service delivery and performance standards to be achieved in a given year. In preparing the Annual Service Plan (ASP) document, Waterford City & County Council takes account of all plans, statements and strategies that set out policies and objectives for all of its functional programmes.
