Corporate Plan

Waterford City and County Council’s Corporate Plan 2024-2029 is an outline of the Council’s mission, vision, and strategic aims for the next five years.  At the heart of it, the mission of Waterford City and County Council is to maintain and grow Waterford’s status as the best place to live, work, invest in, and visit, driven by a dynamic, creative, innovative and people-focused organisation.

The Corporate Plan also forms the basis for the development of the local authority’s Annual Budget and other operational plans.
