These Annual Quality Assurance Reports reflect Waterford City & County Council’s assessment of compliance with the Public Spending Code. They are based on financial, organisational and performance related information available across the various areas of responsibility. Annually, these documents are submitted to the National Oversight Audit Commission (NOAC) in compliance with the Public Spending Code.
