EMERGENCY ROAD CLOSURE – Pouldrew Bends, Kilmeaden
Notice is hereby given that Waterford City and County Council, in exercise of its powers pursuant to Section 75 Roads Act 1993, will close the following public road from Saturday 8th December from 6.00 am to Monday 17th December 2018 to facilitate the carrying out of emergency tree felling works.
Road to be closed:
R680 Pouldrew, Kilmeaden, Co. Waterford (known locally as Pouldrew Bends)
Diversion Route:
Traffic travelling to Waterford City from Carrick-on-Suir on R680 – divert at Mayfield Cross via Portlaw to Carroll’s Cross on N25, continue to Waterford via Carrick Road Roundabout.
Traffic travelling to Carrick-on-Suir from Waterford City – continue west from Carrick Road roundabout on N25 and divert at Carroll’s Cross via L4022 to Portlaw and rejoin R680 at Mayfield Cross.
