  • 1:50 PM  Traditional Dance by the Filipino-Irish Community in Waterford
  • 2:00 PM  Children’s Performance
  • 3:00 PM Special Event: Mayor of Waterford is Unveiling of New Dara, a Collaborative Art Collage created by local migrants
