Reminder: Expressions of Interest sought for Commercial & Residential Tenant at 9 Main Street, Tramore
Waterford City & County Council are inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from commercially oriented parties interested in working in partnership with the Council to deliver and occupy an ‘exemplar living above the shop’ proposal at 9 Main Street, Tramore, Co Waterford.
The Council has secured funding from the Department of Housing, Local Government & Heritage to assist in the delivery of this project and the end use must be an exemplar residential above commercial premises to meet grant requirements.
Detailed Expression of Interests including a completed Declaration as to Personal Circumstances should be emailed to: 9MainstreetEOI@waterfordcouncil.ie no later than 17:00 on Wednesday 22nd March 2023.
