Initiation Officer

- The initiation officer is the first point of contact. They document details related to the property, add to the database, provide information to home owner about next steps and they contact the Property Reviewer
Property Reviewer

- The property reviewer contacts homeowners to arrange review of the property to ensure it meets the minimum standards required. They complete a simple generic property survey and take photos of the property for their internal files. They carry out additional reviews where necessary when property expires, or tenants change over.
Relationship Manager

- The relationship manager reviews details of pledged property on database and liaises with the Reviewer. They contact the homeowners and provide information regarding the matching process and ARP (Accommodation Recognition Payment) process. Commences matching the property with suitable Ukrainian refugee(s), arranges and facilitates meeting between homeowners and Ukrainian Refugees. Once a moving date is agreed, they arrange transport, prepares licence agreement, move in checklist, and assists refugees to set up utility accounts if required. They liaise with all other relevant services and compile information for departure pack.
