The Council provides an out-of-hours emergency service, 7 days per week, for electrical, gas, plumbing, flooding and structural related emergencies.
Responsibilities
The Council oversees certain repairs and maintenance matters directly, while tenants are responsible for addressing specific maintenance issues themselves.
