Social Housing Needs Assessment
Waterford City & County Council is currently conducting its annual Social Housing Needs Assessment.
If you’re an approved housing applicant, whose file hasn’t been reviewed since July 5th 2023, and you’re not on the RAS, HAP, or leasing scheme, you will have received, or will shortly receive a letter with instructions on how to complete the online form.

- If you are no longer interested in receiving social housing supports, and wish to be removed from the Housing List, use this form.
If you prefer a paper form, details on how to request one will be included in your letter.
Please ensure all forms and supporting documents are submitted by Friday 11th October 2024.
