To apply for Planning Permission, users should first register and apply via the ePlanning Portal.
Alternatively, you may use the standard Planning Application form and return it to our offices.

Planning Enforcement
Planning Enforcement refers to the process of ensuring that developments and land uses comply with planning permission and other regulations. It also involves taking corrective actions against unauthorised or non-compliant developments.
This team deals with vacant properties, derelict sites, dangerous structures and planning enforcement procedures. For more information on each of these, see below.
