Waterford AC Half Marathon – Road Closure Arrangements, Saturday December 7th 2019.
There will be significant traffic disruption on Saturday morning from 9am to 12pm, especially on the Cork Road. There will be STOP/GO at two locations on the Cork Road to allow runners to cross and also on the Ring Road near the Ballycashin Roundabout.
Traffic on the Ring Road will be restricted to single lane traffic between the Cork Road and the Kilbarry Road.
There will also be significant disruption around the WIT Arena which is the start and finish point for the race.
Road users will experience some delays at this time and if they can, they should avoid this area at this time.
