Free DIY Repair Workshop and Community Toolkit Initiative
Waterford City & County Council is inviting residents to take part in “Share the Repair”, a free DIY Repair Workshop and Community DIY Toolkit event aimed at promoting sustainability and practical repair skills within the community.
Participants will:
- Learn essential repair techniques to tackle everyday fixes with Marianne Heaphy of Revamp Tramp.
- Discover how to reduce waste and save money by repairing instead of replacing.
- Receive a free set of hand tools to share within their local community.
Workshops will take place on the following dates:
- Friday, 21st November from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at St. Patrick’s Gateway, Waterford
- Friday, 28th November from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Dungarvan Library
