The Plenary Council is the full body of elected representatives of Waterford City and County Council. It includes all of the 32 elected members and its regular meetings are scheduled for the second Thursday of every month with meeting venues alternating between the Council Chambers in Waterford City and Dungarvan. There is no meeting in August.
