Summary of Social Housing Assessment (SSHA)

PLEASE NOTE: THIS FORM IS FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE ALREADY ON THE HOUSING LIST.  PLEASE COMPLETE THE FORM REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE CHANGED OR NOT.

Waterford City & County Council is currently undertaking its annual Assessment of Social Housing applicants. If you are an approved housing applicant and you are not on RAS, HAP or the leasing scheme, you may receive a letter requesting you to complete an online form to update your details.

Please complete the form regardless of whether your circumstances have changed or not.

All forms and supporting documentation must be submitted or returned by 29th September 2025.
